Bloommart Refund & Return Policy

At Bloommart, we want you to love every item you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work on our website.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals included

  • Free from damage, wear, or signs of assembly (unless defective upon arrival)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Assembled or partially assembled furniture

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Gift cards

  • Opened bedding, mattresses, pillows, or hygiene-related products (unless defective)

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos or videos of the damage

  • Order details or packaging information

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • A store credit
    — depending on your preference and product availability.

3. How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will send detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Bloommart covers return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • For all other returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless stated otherwise in a promotion.

Return shipping fees, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Exceptions

Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable, except when Bloommart is at fault.

6. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item:

  • Submit a return request

  • Indicate that you prefer an exchange

Exchanges depend on product availability. If an item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order ships, it must go through the return process.

8. Large Items & Furniture Returns

Large items (furniture, oversized products) may require special handling.

Depending on your location and the item:

  • A pickup appointment may be arranged

  • Additional restocking fees may apply (typically 10–20%) for non-defective returns

We will inform you of any fees during the return request process.
